Portfolio - Deserts

The northern deserts of Oman include the Wahiba Sands, and the White Sands of Khaluf. Both are small with multi-coloured rock formations. The Empty Quarter in the south bordering Dhofar is grand in scale and here the dunes look like great waves. It is an evocative place in which to photograph, given the remoteness, heat and size.
